I first met Fred from at the Raw Wine fair in London. His biodynamic wines simply blew everything else I had ever tasted out of the water. Each had fantastic intensity, purity and most importantly for me, character. My excitement for French wines was rekindled.
Getting to know him, I was struck by his knowledge but also his passion for small independent growers producing some of the best biodynamic wines available.
So I’m thrilled to announce that Fred will be joining us at Hipping Hall on Thursday 17th of November, to talk us through what makes his biodynamic wines so special, whilst we enjoy some amazing dishes from head chef Oli Martin.
The price for the meal and wines, including canapes and an aperitif will be £99 per person for non residents.
Alternatively, rooms are available and, including wine and food as above, overnight accommodation and breakfast will be from £279 up to £379.
